D. Username and Password: if the service you are using requires a Username and/or Password you agree that you are responsible for keeping them in a safe place and accept full responsible for all activities that occur under your username and/or password. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your information from unauthorized use.
E. Your Conduct: you agree that all information you upload, transmit, fax, email, post or otherwise allow to be on the Web is your responsibility and you will hold us harmless for any damages as a result of misuse of such material or information.
You agree not to infringe on other peoples copyrighted material or information and will immediately remove any contested material that you have uploaded. You agree that we do not control the content of other peoples information that they upload and that we are not responsible for accuracy thereof. You understand that by using our service you may be exposed to information or material that may be offensive, indecent or objectionable or unsuitable for children. You agree that we shall not be responsible in any way for any such information or material, be liable for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damages of any kind.
You agree that you will not use our services for pornography, any thing unlawful or illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, racially motivated, invade anyone else's privacy, or do anything objectionable to others, harm minors in any way, impersonate any person or entity, falsely infringe of anyone else's rights or misrepresent your association with anyone else or us.
F. You may access your uploaded information and remove it from our service anytime you feel that action is appropriate.
You may remove yourself from our mailing list at any time but such removal shall result in the immediate termination of our services to you. We must have current information and an active e-mail address to notify you of changes or modifications and to send other information to you.
G. Rights: you agree that some material or services on our site is Copyrighted by us or others and that you will not misuse that material; that others who use our services may have rights to their material and that you will not misuse their material or violate their rights; that you will not try to access the source code, modify, or sell any code or material accessed from our services.

If any of our terms and conditions are determined to not apply then all other terms shall still apply.
M. Modification: we may modify, cancel, change, terminate or remove any of our terms at our sole discretion. Said modification shall become effective 72 hours from the time posted to our Site. You should check these terms often to see modification made.
